Guarantee and Refunds
Consumer Guarantee
We provide 3 years of the warranty period from the date of purchases where full replacement warranty of 1-year from the installation date and a service warranty after two years. Except for burn, water damage, or accident cases.
Please note that “Consumer Guarantees” DO NOT apply if you have damaged the device by using them in a way that was unreasonable or simply changed your mind about not using it.
You have to have a proper reason to claim the Guarantee or return and refund policy.
Returns & Refund Policy
All products purchased from Finder GPS Tracking whether ONLINE or IN-STORE are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the product is faulty and/or is not fit for purpose.
